Redevelopment Study
Holcomb Bridge at State Route 400

The City of Roswell, the 9th largest city in the State of Georgia, is pursuing a master plan that includes the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Road and State Route 400. The City of Roswell envisions this site as an opportunity for mixed-use development to provide for a class-A office, commercial, and residential space. The purpose of the Study is to serve as a redevelopment framework to attract high-quality development to Roswell. The catalytic project should build upon the existing infrastructure and character of the city.
